Twin Pines Senior Community Center Flood Reconstruction
Mold remediation at the senior center is complete — flooring, drywall, and bathrooms were demolished and moisture mitigated. The council is set to appropriate reconstruction funding next week.
Centennial Public Art — Happy Hydrants and Utility Boxes
One hydrant and one utility box design were approved as part of Belmont's 100th-anniversary art push along the Ralston/Alameda corridor, with commissioners hoping to keep the program going beyond the centennial.
